Newly Qualified Paramedic Programme
At Central Medical Services we offer an NQP programme which is recognised by the HCPC and the Ambulance service. WE are looking to recruit caring, compassionate and professional HCPC Registered Paramedics and those who are due to register within 2024/2025 to work alongside our growing team to deliver the right care at the right time.
We are looking to support professional clinicians within their two year NQP programme to give them the best start to their career as Paramedics, this role will allow you to assess and meet patients needs in an environment that strives for clinical excellence.
We understanding the ever growing challenges faced within the ambulance service, and we provide mentorship in those first two years after registering with the HCPC, with a clinical lead management team and Paramedic Mentors who work within advanced sectors such as HEMS, HART and Remote environments. Using the support with our clinical pathways whilst working on our frontline NHS contracts and having full access to the clinical advice lines and trust guidelines we are able to support and develop you into outstanding clinicians.​We understand the difficulties after qualifying as a Paramedic and are able to support with full pension, private health care and a competitive salary, mentorship and CPD throughout with areas to develop with our PHTLS instructors and Resus Council tutors. ​If interested in joining CMS as a NQP then please contact recruitment@centralmedicalservices.co.uk
